One thing I've been trying over the past few days is using Yahoo Answers to get referrals. All you do is look for people who want to make money. You'll know the question when you see it. Things like "Help I'm 15 and can't find a job" are ideal. Then, write them a helpful answer talking about how you use Cash Crate (or whatever GPT program you use) and leave a link to either your blog or affiliate link.
I personally recommend directing people to your make money from GPT programs blog, or a URL that has your review of the program you are using. If you just leave your affiliate link, it could be looked at as spam. At least if you leave your blog URL or the URL to the review, you look like you're making a genuine effort (which you are if you make money from the program and you truly believe in it).
One word of advice though. Each time you log on to Yahoo Answers be sure to also answer random questions. Today I answered a few "how do I make money" questions but I also answered a few others. You want to become a participant on the site, not a spammer.
